Dear Colleagues,

Happy New Year.

This being the first bulletin of the year I hope all employees and their families had a joyous festive season.

2015 was a challenging year for our company. We were challenged by very tough and competitive market conditions which was reflected in our results. As a business we had to make some significant changes. One of our key strategies and focus areas was “Fix the Core”. Working on transforming our business to align with our global ambition of being the pre-eminent leader in global mobility. We are confident that we are on the right track and this was proven by our strong result in December even though our sales were significantly lower than the previous year.

We also introduced the Great Place to Work Survey (GPTW) in 2015. This provided our employees with the opportunity to give the organisation feedback on how they viewed our company and what we could do to improve the business for our people. Our people are core to the business and it is critical we have the best people to execute our strategy. The GPTW survey provides us with a tool to make sure Santa Fe Group is a place where people can enjoy their work, are proud and passionate, and constantly creating an environment of contagious energy. Our people are our most valuable asset and by participating in the GPTW survey it shows that everyone counts and has a voice.

Prior to Christmas the Australian Leadership team had a two day conference with a focus on reviewing our business strategy for 2016 and beyond. The consensus from the leadership team being, that the strategy is sound and the goals set are achievable.

It is important that we carry the momentum of our strong finish of 2015 into 2016. We will continue to focus on our key strategy to “Fix the Core”. Our goal in 2016 is to turn this business into a profitable business. With a focus of being “Customer Driven” – delivering value to our corporate customers, assignees and consumers with industry leading service, we are investing in strengthening our sales teams. We are focussed on growth, however at the same time our strategy demands we do it more efficiently. We want to improve operational excellence in the areas of infrastructure and supply chain management by improving processes and optimising our cost structure.

In 2016 we will continue our focus on investing in our people and strive to make Santa Fe Australia and New Zealand a “great place to work”. We are committed to work with our people, analyse the results of our first survey and put actions in place to continually improve our organisation.

Technology is core to our business. We want to leverage on technology to constantly develop and enhance our customer experience. In 2016 we will see the commencement of the Core Technology Project. This is a sizeable investment the group is undertaking, further confirming the desire to becoming the leader in Global Mobility Services

I am confident that with our fighting spirit and the will to go the extra mile, we can achieve and exceed our challenging objectives in 2016.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their dedication and hard work. I wish you all and your families a happy and prosperous 2016.

Geraldine

Santa Fe Australia is very excited to announce the development of our new branch in New Zealand, which will be launching in 2016. We have already partnered with New Zealand Vanlines who are now our moving services provider across the entirety of New Zealand, and we will be working towards setting up a full Relocation Services team in the new Auckland location.

Geraldine Babbe, from our Perth branch, will be leading the way in this next step for Santa Fe, and is heading over this month to set up our offices and begin to develop our New Zealand presence. With a focus on corporate relocations and corporate account management, we will have capabilities both in origin and destination cargoes.

Embarking on a journey such as this is an exciting element of our growth as a brand, and we will be making the most of our existing network of clients to aid us in developing specific lines of business.

We look forward to hearing all about Geraldine’s progress in extending our global mobility capabilities, and wish her all the best in her adventures.

Exciting Moves

Rodney Eade

Over the past month our removals crews, particularly in Melbourne, have been involved in some very exciting moves.

Last week our crew spent Friday morning helping AFL Coach Rodney Eade, and his lovely wife Wendy move out of their home in Malvern, Vic. Rodney made the move from Collingwood to the Gold Coast Suns in 2014, and Wendy will now be joining him as they build a new life in Queensland.

Pictured above are crew members Jeremy, Steven, Christopher and their supervisor Dale, along with AFL Coach Rodney Eade.

andrewmove

During December our Australian CEO Andrew Simpson moved from Mulgrave to his new home in Rowville. According to Andrew himself “The crew under Stewie’s leadership were incredible. It was a typical Melbourne day with rain, hail and shine all built in and yet everything went according to plan – well almost. The dude with the skinny white legs in the middle of the photo did manage to drop an old archive box -and the same dude showed his (guess) estimating ability to be just a little out as there was about 1m3 of BOC which needed to go onto a ute!”

Well done to the crew involved (and pictured above), Stuart, Gurvinder, Andrew, Attilla and Sali.

Reno1

We are also, once again involved in Reno Rumble, which will be screening later in 2016. While we cannot disclose too much until the episodes air, we have had crews out to each of the homes involved in the show, and will continue to assist over the next month while filming is taking place. Our involvement includes packing and removing all items from each of the homes so that the renovation can take place, and then storing these items during the competition. Our crew members have enjoyed meeting the team members and hosts, and just being a part of the dynamic environment that surrounds a television set.

More photos can be used once the episodes have aired, but in the meantime we have a few photos featuring Liam, Daryll and Daniel (above) on set at one of the Reno Rumble homes, and Jeremy and Dan (below) at another of the homes.

Hi Catherine,

We have moved a number of times and never have I seen or experienced a more professional and courteous operation from the first call to quote through to today’s pack and uplift.

Your communication was clear, frequent and polite at all times. You really made everything easy and worked with us with everything. Very happy with your service so thank you. Your staff today were tremendous, always smiling and working very hard to get the job done. They introduced themselves and were mindful when packing not to just “throw things in a box” but took care on even the most mundane items like books and cards.

I was also very impressed to see the boss come around and check on things and meet me, that is a real plus that we haven’t had before but makes a difference showing our move was important.

We dropped the car and motorbikes off at CEVA and they knew exactly who we were which made it so simple so thanks for organising this as well.

All in all so far, very happy to recommend you to anyone.

Cheers,

John

Carole Hart, 8th December – Townsville, NSW to Sydney, NSW

In my move closer to my children. I am so very happy with the way the staff gave me a quote, packed, picked up and delivered my household of very special items I have collected in my life. Some were so fragile. Your team has made my move to this new house wonderful with all things just the same as they left my old house. Very grateful to you all. Cheers and Merry Christmas. Thank you.

Tauri Huddleston, 8th December – Cairns, QLD to Melbourne, VIC

I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. They were cheap, reliable, on time, polite and efficient. Not a single breakage! I’m extremely pleased! I’m so very happy and thanks for getting my treasures here safely and so harmoniously!

Mick Rowen – 30/12/2015 – From Adelaide, SA to Newcastle, NSW

Absolutely fantastic service, outstanding and exemplary. The whole team were brilliant to deal with and understood all my needs and requirements for my move from Adelaide to Newcastle. Packing service provided was out of this world. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will only ever use Santa Fe Wridgways because it’s the best and other removal companies could learn a lot from these guys. In my opinion this is the number 1 company in the industry. Couldn’t be happier.
Great customer service, leading industry company, knowledgeable and fabulous staff.

Leanne Hermosilla – 8/12/2015 – From Brisbane, QLD to Melbourne, VIC

I had absolutely fantastic service from the operations centre in Melbourne and the office I booked with in Queensland. In fact it was some of the best customer service I’ve had, which I told the Melbourne office at the time.

We have now entered into the fourth month of our Facebook promotion, and have just drawn a new winner of the $100 Menulog voucher prize.

Dianne Downer moved from Beldon in WA to Mount Barker, SA which is around 30km out of Adelaide. She made specific reference to our teams in both the Perth and Adelaide branches as being particularly friendly and referred to the move as “seamless”.

We have just moved with Santa Fe Wridgways for the first time. Our move from Perth to Adelaide was seamless, efficient and extremely friendly. The team in Perth packed our belongings with great care and efficiency as well has being a happy couple of blokes who enjoyed a laugh with us along the way. The team in Adelaide delivered our goods promptly and within the time frame nominated and once again we enjoyed the services of two very efficient chaps who also enjoyed having a joke and laugh with us. This made our experience very enjoyable.

We would highly recommend Santa Fe Wridgways.”

We would also like to thank the Brisbane branch for making the effort to take a photo of last month’s winner, Susie Alexander, and present her with her prize.

Hi Everyone,

What a great start to the busy we have had so far.  At the time of writing, as we approach the halfway mark of our busy season of December/January we have had no LTIs for the December period.  What a great effort from all our staff.  We have had a couple of reported minor incidents but none of these have led to anything serious.

November saw Santa Fe Wridgways record 2 LTIs for the month, which was slightly down on the previous month – a great safety effort by all branches.

I hope that the safety message continues to be spread by all as we view our jobs with a little more care and thought for our own safety and the safety of those around us.

I also take this time to wish you and your families a  very happy New Year.

If you come across any safety information that you feel would be relevant to our industry please feel free to pass this on to me and we can include it in the Newsletter.

If you have any questions regarding any safety issue at your branch, please feel free to call or email me at rose.taylor@santafewridgways.com

Let’s make 2016 our safest year yet!

As you are all aware, our Fiji office is now up and running, and doing a superb job in supporting our team here in Australia. After some intense training in all things Santa Fe, the team are now handling many of our initial enquiries on the phone and LiveChat, as well making follow up calls as part of our Five Star Service commitment. We’re thrilled to have these new members of our team on board and welcome them to the Santa Fe family!

Congratulations to Jesse Gall from Melbourne Branch who won the First Class Service Award at the beginning of December and was nominated three times by Ron Paratene, Hannah Mustafa & Sinead Darcy.

jesse

Ron said:

Jesse has temporarily managed the Adelaide Export function since late September. His ability to look after the current Export role for Adelaide as well as maintain a high level of Customer Service for his Internal Sales role, saw him put in a lot of effort over the past few months. His willingness to assist the Intl area without hesitation has been duly noted by his peers. He is a credit to the company and we thank him for his time as we relinquish him from this temporary role and hand this over to the new replacement!

Hannah said:

I am nominating Jesse as he has shown outstanding ethics and integrity when it comes to accepting additional work and has done it all to an amazing standard without a word of complaint. He has stayed back and done many hours of overtime to ensure all work is completed to the same high level that is expected of Santa Fe Wridgways employees. Not only has Jesse been promoted to Internal Sales Consultant from the position of Export Coordinator back in March 2015, he has been consistently completing BOTH roles since then, and has even taken on Move Management for Exports in our Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and Launceston branches. Jesse has not complained once about the additional work load which is not a part of his position description, and has helped out other employees when they requested help. All in all, Jesse is an outstanding employee and a true asset to Santa Fe Wridgways.

Sinead said:

During the difficult periods we have all faced and continue to deal with, I have not once heard Jesse Gall complain despite the increasing work load and responsibility he takes due to the staff decrease. No matter how busy he is, he will always make time to help and assist others and he does it with a positive attitude. I think it’s important to mention he works in a team full of girls which is not always easy however he has adjusted really well and even prefers to be called “Jessica” haha… all jokes aside i think Jesse is a real inspiration to our team, how he simply just gets on with the job even when the going is tough!

Congratulations Jesse on the $200 prize money as well as the certificate and badge with which you were presented.  Stay tuned to find out who has won the Inaugural First Class Service Award for 2016 with $2000 prize money and winners from across all of 2015 currently in the running.

Christmas at Santa Fe

Several weeks have somehow passed since Christmas, but we wanted to thank each and every one of you for your help in making Santa Fe a special place this festive season.

Nicole Bartley attended on behalf of Santa Fe, a very special Christmas Film Festival for under privileged and special needs children in Rockhampton. In conjunction with Rotary this festival is in its 15th year and caters to children aged 1 through to 18, as well as their parents, allowing them to spend the day at the cinema. The festival features blockbuster films prior to their release in an entirely booked out cinema complex, dedicated specifically to this event. Our contribution sponsored four children to attend the day, and we thank Nicole for bringing this great cause to our attention, allowing us the opportunity to give back to the community during the festive season.

rockhampton SR 15

While many of you found your own special ways to celebrate with colleagues this year, in Melbourne we had a brilliant evening of lawn bowls, as well as a morning tea on Christmas Eve which featured a charity raffle. The proceeds of this raffle exceeded $150, all of which will be donated to Red Kite to help support the families of children living with cancer.

Our Best Dressed Christmas Desk competition was a highlight of December, with branches across the country sending in their entries into the competition. There were some spectacular displays, and it was incredibly difficult to pick winners as the emails kept flooding in, from Rockhampton, to Tasmania, and Perth to Brisbane, we’re so very glad that you all embraced this initiative with such enthusiasm.

Congratulations to Brisbane and Melbourne, who came equal first place as it was simply to difficult to choose between the two. Brisbane went to the effort of actually building a Santa Fe Express, and multiple cubicles were involved in their epic effort to turn the entire office into a Christmas wonderland. Melbourne also went above and beyond our expectations creating a beautiful Christmas village in the cubicle of Sharon, Sharron and Dhana. The judges were particularly impressed by the plans to donate all of the toys involved in their display to children in need.

The Brisbane team, which comprised Mariola, Robyn, Celine, David, Judy, Carlie and Stacey also filmed a very cute video of their display which can be viewed by clicking here.

We also had a category for Best Dressed Vehicle, and our very worthy winner is the Rockhampton truck, which was decorated for their local Christmas parade. The truck looked stunning, and was a feature on our social media accounts during the festive season as it so perfectly illustrated our Christmas spirit at Santa Fe Wridgways. Our second place winners were Robert, Rachel and Jeff from the Perth Depot, who decorated the Ops desk and themselves in a brilliant display of festive frivolity.

Prizes are on the way for all of our winners, and thank you once again to all who participated. A special mention also, to Andrew Ruigrok who was the instigator and driving force behind this brilliant initiative. During our busy period it can be easy to miss out on some of the fun that December has to offer, and Andrew deserves at least partial credit for helping to make this Christmas at Santa Fe a great one!

With Charles Garner, General Manager of Move Dynamics

Welcome everyone to the February edition of the Red Horse Express! I am sure by now you are starting to wind down from the hectic peak season and to think about what 2016 has in store for us both personally and professionally.

While the new year may still hold several challenges for the company, I strongly believe that overcoming these challenges will help Santa Fe to become the Market Leader both locally and globally. Let me say that again… “Market Leader”. To emphasise this is important as it categorically and simply states our main drive for the next five years, and positions us better to focus on what we need to do to get there!

Some of you out there may recall that I started with Wridgways the Removalists (as it was then) in 2008, 6 weeks after I got off the plane from England and, much to some peoples distress I have never gone back. I started in sunny Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast as a trainee manager under the expert tutelage of Martin Stanley. From here followed stints in Mackay, Sunshine Coast again, Brisbane with the projects team and finally Move Dynamics in September 2012. So lots of experience in moving and being moved, 11 homes in 4.5 years.

The reason I am sharing this is that I honestly believe that this is a Great Place to Work, full of great people who work damn hard to give the best service that we can to our clients. That Santa Fe is a place of opportunity, where we as individuals can grow is something that we can all be proud of. Just look at our history of innovation and industry firsts, which continues today with the 24 hour services provided by our colleagues in Fiji.

But what about Move Dynamics? In all honesty we are vastly different to what we were and since 2013 we have grown exponentially increasing from 3 staff members to 7 and hopefully one more very soon. In addition we opened a branch in Darwin from where Robert Favretto our NT Regional manager looks after our NT based clients. We have grown our client base and increased our suite of services to include flight and accommodation bookings, and commercial services, in addition to our usual provision of moving and storage services. All of this has helped us to nearly double our revenue in the same period and increase profitability.

Move Dynamics has traditionally provided services to the government sector but as we look to the future, it is now time to include corporations both here in Australia and overseas. To that end I was in Melbourne recently at the Santa Fe Sales Conference presenting to our Business Development Managers. With Global Chief Commercial Officer Mark Burchell also present, this was a great opportunity to raise the profile of Move Dynamics as we try to break into the corporate market in 2016. This is where I believe the next avenue for growth is for Move Dynamics and will also allow us to create some innovative solutions to prospective clients in conjunction with Santa Fe Relocation Services.

If you are interested in the Move Dynamics story then please go to Yammer and join the Move Dynamics group as I am regularly posting updates and information to keep you all in the loop.

I would like to close by wishing everyone the best for 2016 and to remind everyone that we are part of a great Australian and Global business and that we all will play a part in making Santa Fe an even greater success in years to come.

First Class Service Awards

firstclass

It was with great honour that we announced last week the winner of our Santa Fe First Class Service Employee of the Year Award. Congratulations to Andrew Mitchell from Adelaide who won the monthly prize not once but twice during 2015, in both April and September, and has now been crowned our very first winner of the yearly prize!
We spent last Friday afternoon at a wonderful lunch at the Riva St Kilda with our Global Chief Human Resources Officer Barbara Zesik (pictured above) and 13 of last year’s winners, celebrating their dedication to our company, and hard work within their teams.

The lunch culminated in the awarding of the $2000 prize, which could not have gone to a more deserving recipient, although we must mention how much time our judges spent in making this decision given such an impressive pool of talent in all our 2015 nominees.

firstclass2

A Truly Worthy Winner…

Andrew has been with Santa Fe Wridgways since 1974 and he has been a consistent contributor for all of this time, demonstrating a positive approach to everything he does.

Andrew was nominated in September by Cameron Rologas, and in April by Mark McGran, and their insights into Andrew’s work ethic and amazing attitude were integral to his selection as our first winner of the annual prize.

He takes incredible pride in his work, and puts significant effort into achieving the best outcome for the client and for the business, which is no easy task when dealing with insurance claims!

Shaun Scanlon has described Andrew as a “stalwart” of the organisation, demonstrating our values consistently and enthusiastically, which in turn has a positive effect on everyone he encounters.

We would like to recognise Andrew not only for his dedication to our business and our customers, but for his support of his colleagues as well. He looks for talent, fosters it and takes great pride in seeing people blossom.

Andrew’s tireless approach to working through difficult and sometimes emotional insurance claims is an inspiration. He never gives up, and always sees these cases through to their conclusion.

He always remains positive and has even learned to say “No” with a smile.

His passion for the business as a whole is clear to all, and he regularly peruses the local newspapers in his spare time searching for leads to provide to our Commercial services and corporate divisions.

Andrew’s ability to stay positive and be so proactive in driving our business is truly worthy of a First Class Service award.

Congratulations once again Andrew, from all of Santa Fe!

In this edition of the Red Horse Express we would like to profile our Australian Immigration team located in Pretoria, South Africa. The team is integral to our Immigration Services brand, and while they are not close in proximity, they do work closely with many of us based in Australia on a regular basis, which is why a proper introduction is so vital…

Charmaine is the Outbound Migration Manager – South Africa and deals with Business and Investor applications , employment related applications as well as general client consulting and overall management of the office.

Debby is a Migration Co-Ordinator and in particular attends to applications from South Africa under the family and general skilled migration categories.

Claudia is the most recent addition to our team and is the office administrator. Claudia deals with all administration matters as well as reception duties.

We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated and hard working team in South Africa. This office in South Africa experienced strong growth in revenue in 2015 and it would seem that 2016 has started in the same way.

Although Charmaine, Debby and Claudia are in South Africa , they are all on Yammer and Skype and would love to hear from you !

Exciting Visitors

The past month at Santa Fe Australia has seen a great number of exciting visitors from our Global Head Office, with plenty more to come in the next few weeks.

Barbara Zesik and Sarah Horn both arrived on Monday the 8th of February and we were privileged to have Barbara working out of Head Office during the week that she was with us. Sarah has been working out of Melbourne Branch but visiting other branches during her stay, and will be here with us in Australia for close to a month.
visitors2

Barbara has been with Santa Fe for almost two years, and in her role as Global Chief Human Resources Officer she has been instrumental in overseeing the Great Place to Work Survey across all of Santa Fe, the results of which she has begun to share with our Australian team. Barbara was involved in the presentation of our Inaugural First Class Service Award Annual winner last Friday, and enjoyed meeting each of our monthly winners from 2015 and recognising the great work that these dedicated Santa Fe employees do. Additionally, Barbara provided the team with updates on Pulse, our values, our global transformation and much more, working closely with our HR team and Australian Leadership Team to help shape the company’s focus on people as part of our 2020 strategy.

visitors3

Sarah’s role as Group Change and Transformation Manager has seen her assisting the Australian Leadership Team (ALT) with its Strengthen the Core initiative, as well as our internal communications strategies including Yammer and Skype for Business. We have heard from you that we need to communicate more, and Sarah will be integrally involved in supporting this. Working closely with the ALT, Sarah is an invaluable resource and will be focussing on helping to maximise the potential of Pulse and Project Oyster as our company moves forward with these exciting new initiatives. Sarah will be heavily involved in further honing our 2020 strategy, and will also play a part in ensuring we improve our employees’ sense of belonging at Santa Fe.
visitors4

You may also be aware that our Global Group Director of Sales and Marketing, Mark Burchell (pictured above), spent the last few weeks of January with us in Melbourne. Mark’s expertise has been extremely valuable in helping both our Consumer and Corporate Sales teams plan for success in 2016 and beyond, while also observing some of the things that we do really well here in Australia.

Finally, Rob Fletcher, who is our Global Group Director of Relocation Services, will also be here in mid-March specifically helping our Relocation Services and Corporate Sales teams to plan for success as we continue to evolve in these areas.

I’m sure you’ll appreciate that as a Global organisation, Santa Fe is committed to success, not only here in Australia, but also globally. These visits underpin the differences between us and many of our competitors.

We trust you will make these members of our Global team feel very welcome during their time in Australia, and we look forward to sharing their progress with you throughout their stay.

Safety Corner

We have had a very busy start to the 2016 year.  All branches should have received their Safety Folders by now.  If you have not seen these, then speak to your Branch Manager.  These folders contain information regarding the reporting of incidents and contain all the necessary paperwork required.  If you still require some assistance with these, then do not hesitate to give me a call.

During January, we have had a total 14 incidents nationally resulting in one Lost time Injury and 5 Medically treated injuries.

Quite a few of these injuries related to manual handling and could have been prevented.

There are good ways to lift and bad ways to lift.  The bad ways to lift have a potential to cause injury.  Always remember to bend your knees when picking something up and not to bend over the object.  Use your legs to lift not your back.  If the object is too heavy to lift on your own, then ask for assistance – it may take a few moments longer, but it will save your back.

lifting-posture

We must all remember to report any incident to our Manager immediately when they occur.  Reporting all incident allows us the opportunity to correct something that may be causing a hazard and therefore prevent any further incidents from occurring.

As we ramp down from our busy period, this is a good time to do some general housekeeping both in the office and in the warehouse areas to that we remove any potential trip hazards that may exist.

If you have any questions regarding any safety issue at your branch, please feel free to call or email me at rose.taylor@santafewridgways.com

As always, remember to always think SAFETY first.

Hi Alison,

I thought your services were unbelievably beyond expectations. I was also very pleasantly surprised by our dealings with Sante Fe Wridgways and clearly the whole manner and tone was set by yourself from the start with you coming back with prompt answers and follow up. And then, through to Amy at the office, to Vika and Leon who did the packing, to the guys who loaded and unloaded things onto the truck (Liam, Daniel, Matt in Melb) down to Cam, Luke (and a French guy whose name I can’t recall) everyone was consistently friendly and polite and most importantly careful, attentive and good at their jobs.

I even recall the ops manager and your manager stopping by. With that many people in the process you would think something might not be up to scratch. I certainly can’t fault any part of the process and the experience of dealing with you all was an (unexpected) pleasure in what was otherwise a hectic and quite emotional time farewelling friends and neighbours after 16 years.

Whilst I am not sure I want to go through the stress of moving interstate again I know I will call you guys if I ever need to.

Thanks to you and the team you were all excellent.

She has been incredible at keeping me informed each step of the way through the process – she has used a multitude of methods to keep me updated with my application progress including telephone, email and SMS which has been really great for me as a girl-on-the-go.

Her knowledge and experience shines through and has been proven with accuracy at which everything happened as she predicted.

She has a great attention to detail and although I’m sure I wasn’t her only client, I really felt a great sense of personal care from her which really meant a lot during such a life-changing experience. She has been patient with my continuous questioning and empathetic to my concerns whilst waiting for my visa to be approved.

I have and will continue to recommend Debby as a reliable, trustworthy and reputable agent to any of my friends or colleagues who wish to emigrate.

Thanks Debby for your hard work and making me feel at ease throughout this process – you’re an absolute star!

Kind Regards,

Susie

Tanya Stacey, 28th January – Yarraville, VIC to Seddon, VIC

We had first class service from the moment we engaged Santa Fe. On the actual moving day our removalists, Ray and Chris, we personable, professional and went beyond the call of duty helping to fit our furniture into our new property. Thanks Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Wridgways Karratha is awesome. The guys that packed our house and loaded the container were friendly and nothing was a problem for them. They packed our house and loaded it in a total of 4hrs. Will definitely use them again.

Shelley Withers, 21st January – Dianella, WA to Darwin, NT

I had a really great experience with Santa Fe Wridgways. They were able to work with my short timeline to move from Perth and my furniture arrived in Darwin on the day they said it would.
The team had good open communication with me so I knew what was happening and when, and the removalists were helpful and polite. They really made my move a breeze. Thank you.

The team at Albury are very helpful at what can be a stressful time. Couldn’t have asked for better people to help our family move interstate. Very informative and excellent customer service.
